Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with CVFive. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
Pro subscription refunds
For first-time Pro subscription purchases, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days if you have not used more than 3 AI generations or 2 CV scores. Please email hello@cvfive.com and include your order number.
Renewal refunds
If you forgot to cancel before a subscription renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge to request a refund.
Credits (non-subscription purchases)
Credit purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used. If credits remain completely unused, they are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
How to request
Email hello@cvfive.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]". Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve billing issues faster through direct support.
