1. Acceptance

By using CVfive, you accept these Terms of Service.

CVfive provides an AI-assisted CV builder. We offer free and paid (Pro) plans.

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account security. One account per person.

The free plan includes 1 AI generation, 1 CV score, and 2 watermarked PDF exports per day.

Pro is a monthly subscription billed via Lemon Squeezy. It renews automatically and can be canceled at any time.

Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

You own your CV data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

AI-generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for inaccuracies.

Prohibited activities include scraping, reselling, posting illegal content, and impersonating others.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job placement.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.

We will notify users of material changes by email.
